The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread?

Great essay by Miss Pino.  I suspect that one of the reasons that so many people today have problems with wheat is that we eat way too much of it. 

Many of us eat it at every meal, for snacks, and in our desserts. 

From what I recall of how my grandparents ate, bread was an occasional thing and most of the meals were meat, vegetables, and potatoes.

I've noticed that my daughters seem to do fine if they occasionally have some wheat.  If it becomes a daily thing then the wheat belly appears...
